Realtors are a dime a dozen, and Chuck is a “Diamond in the Ruff”. He is very professional, knowledgeable, helpful, patient, and very insightful. He is a pleasure to work with and very reliable. His attention to detail, and his follow-up skills are second to none. What I appreciated most about working with Chuck was his ability to explain things in “layman’s terms” and in a language that I was able to understand and was able to make sense of. My experience has been that 9 of 10 Realtors should not be holding a Real Estate License, let alone practice Real Estate; not at all the case for Mr. Valence. I look forward to continuing to refer people to him, and I will call on Chuck if and when I need him in the future.
